Classes every Wednesday 10-11:30am and Sundays 11-12:30am
$12-15 per class

We are thrilled to welcome Kristen Mullany Turano to the Family Life Center.
She is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor practicing Khalsa Way and Kundilini Yoga.
Kristen most recently studied with Prenatal Yoga Guru Gurmukh in New York City.
