LCM Moms & More: Elizabeth Barbone -Living with Food Allergies/Thriving Gluten Free

LCM Moms & More is lucky to have a special guest speaker 
On Wednesday, September 19, local author, Elizabeth Barbone will give a presentation on living with food allergies/celiac disease, and cooking/living gluten free.

Elizabeth will give a causal chat about cooking for kids' (and others) with food allergies/celiac disease, including how to handle a "mixed" kitchen if not everyone in your household eats food allergy-safe/gluten-free. And, of course, she will answer any questions folks might have about food allergies, celiac disease, and cooking.

Worldwide Premier: Freedom For Birth film 9/20/12

Please join Local Care Midwifery, PLLC and Pregnancy Project for a free showing of the film Freedom of Birth

The worldwide premier of this important film is scheduled for Thursday, September 20, 2012. In Troy, NY, we will be viewing the film at The Guild House (of St Paul's Episcopal Church). We will gather at 6:00, start the film at 6:30 and then join together after for refreshments and a discussion of childbirth as a human rights issue.

LCM Moms & More with Sling Babies, 9/4/12


The LCM Moms & More Group meets twice a month. 


This week, we are having a special meeting: Sling Babies are coming visit! Come visit and try out slings, and share stories.




We meet on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
